ON YOUR GUIDED TRIP DEPOSIT:

If you cancel prior to 14 days of your scheduled trip/clinic date (30 days for multi-day or multi-guide trips), you are guaranteed that the full amount paid will be refunded. Inside of 14 (or 30) days, any cancellation is at the sole discretion of the guide only. There are no refunds due to inclement weather. This is an outdoor sport so please be prepared for the day’s weather. Booking a fishing trip confirms that the cancellation policy is accepted. If a trip is rescheduled the client is required to book the same number of full or half days as originally booked. There are no refunds or cancellations accepted on DIY packages (including ladder rentals). Ladder use is at your own risk. If a ladder is lost or damaged, a $500 replacement fee is charged to the credit card on file.

$100 per day/full day/1-2 anglers, $100 per day/half day/1-2 anglers deposit required to hold your trip date(s). A larger deposit may be required for multi-guide trips or for large groups and will be determined on a case by case basis. If within 7 days, full price is the deposit. 14 days notice is required for multi-day or multi-guide trips. If the group is more than 2 anglers a second deposit is required at the same rates within the same time frames established above. If lodging will be provided a separate deposit is required, please inquire for a quote and guidelines.

Trips may be canceled or rescheduled due to disasters, “Force Majeure”, or extreme hazards.

Force Majeure:

Events outside Pyramid Lake Guides/Ryan Dangerfield’s or Todd Keller’s control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Ryan Dangerfield and Todd Keller are released from all obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government or Tribal action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, government or Tribal shutdowns, etc.

Ryan Dangerfield, Todd Keller, and anyone associated with Pyramid Lake Guides will be released from any issues regarding food/other allergies of the client(s), or any other injuries that may occur to the client. It is the client’s full responsibility to notify Pyramid Lake Guides of any existing allergies and or health conditions that may affect their guided trip.

A release form will be provided in person the day of your trip. The remainder of your guided trip balance is due at the time of your trip, cash or check preferred, Venmo and Paypal accepted, credit cards include a 3.5% fee.

It is each guest’s responsibility to notify any Pyramid Lake Guides Representatives/Ryan Dangerfield of any food allergies or special needs regarding lodging and meals before their scheduled trip.
